Still bored :( --- 23rd post

It's the second day of the CCA drive, but i didn't go to the drive today (so why did i mention it? Just felt like. ... .... just kidding, because i went to the drive yersterday LOL)

Anyway, (yesterday at the CCA Drive) it was so squeezy, tons of people are pushing and shoveing around ~.~, not like there's freebie or anything --- unless u ment the popcorns and cotton candy which i suppose it's free?

So we went around viewing the various CCA offered by SP (or rather by the students/alumni, since many clubs are founded by the students themselves)

Here's roughly what we signed up for :
LK --- Pool (not swimming pool :p), CSCC
LQ --- CSCC
WC --- "still not sure but i guess he planning to join NCC"
XY --- Basketball (going for trail 1st), CSCC
ME --- CSCC, SPbowlers which i signed up but going to quit it

Why? Because i just didn't thought of it... ... and as said above, it's so ridiculously squeezy and warm.


Ok, back to type about today, (though there is still nothing much to write about ~.~)

Took the train from khatib as usual, what was not usual was that i met Zi Ping and AiXin :O
So we board the direct train (to Pasir Ris where we drop off at Dover, which i don't really need to mention)

Well, the FOM lectuerer showed us the MDA senior managment video, which i'll just embed here so i/you can watch it lol :p. It's rather hilliours really.



... ...

Okie lessons end for the day, and we went home straight away, where Xin Ying Choing off without saying bye to work :p.


*my phone camera is being disobedient again, but just before i started posting it recovered, so no photos today, but i'am glad it recovered ^^*

Edit: forget to mention that i was so tired that i was half-alseep while standing on the train (on the way home) ZZzzZZzz

PS: Why is it named CCA Drive and not CCA Orientation or something else, what has that got to do with "drive"?

Home Alone (Boring post)

It's Monday and the Monday Blues came lol. When my alarm rang, didn't feel like moving, just felt like lying there for the whole day, but alas the world doesn't revolve around us. So i got up after another 5 minutes.

I walked out from my room and found that my brother and parents are not in the house. So i went to my parents room and use their large mirror (which really isn't that huge) *haha*

Ate breakfast and then went to school... ... ...

School ends and return home.

I open the door and the house was dark lol, (no it wasn't blackout). The house was so quiet without the usual noise made by the television as my mother watch Mio TV. (but then again, my room is almost always quiet, so not much difference after i go back to my room.)

A little bored so i took photos of my tissue box... because i found it cute -.-

Somehow, my laptop can't load RC after i come back home, don't know why, i tried using another computer and it worked, so well, let's see if RC will work on this laptop tomorrow...

Anyway, as Singapore is now in the "orange" zone, we have to bring our thermometer on 5th May onwards (which is tomorrow) until who knows when. So i think there will also be checks and all the usual to verify that we are "safe" to enter the school compound, so there might be something to post tomorrow, but again most likely i will not post tomorrow because of you know why. ZZzzZZzz

So as planned, we went to eat again *haha* this time at SAKURA.

Was it expensive? Well, i think so but i guess it really depends on your appetite, the price is around $28 per adult (or teenager -.-) Well the food is decent but the design of the building aren't all that great.

The place is too cramped, pathway too narrow and all that stuff which usually happens in a buffet resturant... So we squeeze and squrim around to get our hands on that food. *lol*

2 in 1 post --- 20th post

1st May 09


Firstly, the reason where the title is "2-in-1" is just because I am going to type about yesterday and this morning *haha*


If i were to give yesterday (30th April 09) a title it would be "A wasted day". To begin with, i was so restless that day and couldn't concentrate on lectures and therefore that is wastage number 1.


Next, after school, my group went on to do the psychology project the topic being Human is good by nature (where we are supposed to support that). But we didn't really do much, and that would be wastage number 2.


After that, we went to meet Hazel and friends at Moberly, but we didn't really talked which is wastage number 3. Finally, we decided to board the train together but because the train was so packed that we couldn't squeeze another fly in, hence we had to board different trains, that is wastage number 4.

So after that, i went to Bishan just to eat with my family and then go back home without doing anything else, that is wastage number 5.



Well, luckily there is still some photos taken yesterday so the whole day isn't wasted afterall ^^

Alright, time to type about this morning, (though it's still morning now... =.=)

Well, wake up at 8am to have breakfast with my parents before they fly to Vietnam to enjoy their holiday for a week. (buy some souvenir for me ok? :p)
Ok, i'am alone at house now, with my sleeping brother i guess, who will be leaving on Sunday back to camp. So today's plan is to have another dinner with him to um.. celebrate his birthday again. ^^V (i guess yesterday wasn't counted as a celebration since we only had dinner and that's that)

SO LET'S ROCK THE HOUSE TODAY! (nah i'am just kidding)

Well, that's about it, let's see if my bonkers hand phone camera recovers today. ~.~ and if there is anything else to type about today after i come back *haha*

Recount on the first day of Japanese Course --- 19th post

There isn't much to type about today, so instead, i will type about what happen my first Japanese lesson yesterday :p.


Well, we really had an authentic Japanese teacher (well since she is a Japanese). She introduced herself as Maiko (Ishii). Wondered what was the first thing she gave us? Well here it is,



As you can see, it's a Japanese leaflet, majority of the class was stunned. We had thought that we need to read/understand/discuss (or any adj. you deem fit) the leaflet. Luckily, that was not true (at least not for that lesson). After almost everyone came, Maiko-sensei started taking attendance. What surprise me was that as she called our names, she wrote our names in japanese (in katagana) and we are to remember it so that we can "write our name" on future assignments. *yay, luckily, my name was not hard to write :p* (another person whose name was Alexandra had a hard time i guess, :p)

Should you were wondering if Maiko-Sensei spoke in what language, well she speaks in English which might be a little hard to understand at times, but otherwise, it is still understandable. BUT, she said that she will be speaking in pure Japanese after the second lesson !_! (i wonder if we can understand her at that time ~.~)

After that, she taught us some basic greetings, and some common jobs names. (which i will not go into details in this post).
So, do we have homework in this Japanese course? YES, we do, something like 习字 where you had to write Japanese words and also a chart where you have to memorise the basic Japanese "ABC". (which is like sooooooooooooooo hard) In addition, we have a quiz on every week ~.~ (not including the first week)

Ok, currently i'am in the school library typing this post :p. Since we are having like a 3 hour break -.-

(we are beside the quiet zone, not inside :p haha)

so beside me is sitting two person who are giggling like mad, watching some videos *lol*. Infront of me is Xin Ying who is umm... probably playing facebook or sth, weican is sitting to the far-left.

and today is Resturant City Mania day? lol
