Well, Here's what you can do! even At Your OWN HOUSE!
Introducing
!!! FREE SAUNA
Procedure :
1) Close all ur windows and doors (if applicable)
2) Off your fans, aircon (if applicable)
3) find a chair (if applicable), otherwise you can sit on the floor (if applicable, i don't know how is this "if applicable" though)
4) sit with your legs folded together or cross together or in a kneeling position whichever you find best and most comfortable.
5) Stay there, close your eye, feel the sensational heat surrounding you, engulfing you, dancing around you.
6) keep your mind clear, breathe in, breathe out.
7) You can keep track of the time you are doing "FREE SAUNA" or you can choose not to. It doesn't really matters anyway.
8) That's all the steps there's to it, how long you should do "FREE SAUNA" depends on yourself, but remeber to take water and cease the exercise immediately should you feel giddy or out of breathe.

I'am a little bored now, so i typed all those
so let's see what i did today, hmmm.
My alarm rang at 10am, i offed it, thinking i'll wake up half an hour later. but who knows, it became 11.30 when i open my eyes again =.='
I'am doing Free Sauna now, so well, let's see if it's effective (for what i don't know, haha)
